SURFACE BINDER

A Clear Sealer/Binder for Underbound Surfaces and General Preparation

Duralex SURFACE BINDER is a quick drying, water-based sealer which penetrates and binds residual powdery and absorbent surfaces prior to finishing with conventional paint systems.

USES (Interior & Exterior)

Due to its high, penetrating binding power it is ideal in providing a firm surface for the preparation of previously powdery and absorbent surfaces prior to painting or wall papering. It is also highly suited for binding back underbound concrete floors which are dusting or fretting prior to painting with paving paint. It is not recommended for use over non-absorbent gloss paint, etc, nor will it bind back peeling paint, which should be removed first.

Specifications
Sizes	1 Litre, 4 Litre, 10 Litre and 20 Litre.
Coverage	Approximately 7 to 13m² per Litre depending on the porosity and texture of the surface.
Ventilation	Allow adequate cross ventilation when painting indoors during and after use to dissipate water vapour.
Clean Up	Wash all equipment with clean water. Any dried spots may be removed using methylated spirits.
IMPORTANT	Keep out of reach of children. To avoid spoilage of paint, keep container sealed when not in use.
Environment	Low odour. Low V.O.C. Environmentally friendly.
