DURALEX PAINTS PROPRIETARY LIMITED, QUALITY POLICY
Duralex Paints P/L has installed an ISO 9001:2000 Quality Management System for the purpose of enhancing customer satisfaction with the services offered to customers by the company.
The Policy includes the following customer satisfaction needs:
- Duralex is focussed on delivering every customer order "on time"
- Duralex employs capable and competent staff to process orders
- Duralex ensures staff are aware of Business Quality requirements
- Duralex is continually reviewing the effectiveness of the system
- Duralex ensures that the system is tailored to the customer needs
- The system and the quality objectives are periodically reviewed
